Payments.
We accept all major credit cards Prices All prices shown are applicable and subject to on-line purchases only & are in pounds sterling. Purchases on this site are restricted UK Mainland addresses only. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Some items/offers have a limited availability and are offered on a first come, first served basis. A VAT receipt is issued with all purchases. VAT Reg Number 753 2266 37.
Credit Card Security.
We are well aware that some people may be concerned about giving their credit card details via the internet, so that's why we trade using only the highest levels of credit card security over a secure network through our Merchant Services' PAYPAL the same high standard as Internet banking, to process card transactions. Payment details are captured within the secure infrastructure and therefore customers can have confidence in the security of their online payments.
Refunds & Returns.
All returns (inc. rejected deliveries) must be notified in advance on 01271 858698 within 7 days of receipt of goods. You may exchange or refund your goods, subject to them being returned and being received by us in a saleable condition, however we are unable to refund any postage costs, just the original price of the goods. The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Goods displayed on this site are an invitation to treat and not an offer of sale at the displayed prices. All Dimensions, weights and convertions detailed on this site are nominal.
E&OE Guarantee.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If within 7 days of receiving the goods, but BEFORE opening or using the product, you decide that the product is unsuitable please return the item to us and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary (we recommend parcelforce). The original delivery charge will not be refunded against non-faulty goods returned under the 7-day money-back guarantee. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.
Delivery.
Standard delivery (£14.10) is INCLUDED on our products, however some low value products that are not quoted as 'includes delivery' may be subject to a small order carriage charge, which will be added at the check-out. Premium delivery services are available for a nominal charge. Our delivery service is restricted UK Mainland addresses only, please contact us on 01271 858698 for additional delivery requirements & destination costs. Place your order by 12.00 noon Monday to Friday. We will endeavour to ship on a courier service to arrive within 5 working days. This is part of the standard delivery associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service so please allow upto 14 days. Orders will normally be delivered within 3-5 days from the time it leaves us. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the goods. You or your AUTHORISED agent must be available at the delivery address as a signature will be required upon delivery or the goods will not be left. Please contact us on free phone 01271 858698 if you require delivery on a specific working day or to a alternative address to enable this. You or your authorised agent MUST check that the goods are in good condition PRIOR to signing for their receipt. The carrier will wait a reasonable time to allow you to perform an inspection. You or your authorised agent MUST note on the carriers form any damage to either the goods or the packaging (damage to packaging may hide subsequent product damage). Un-noted damage claims will not be upheld. Do not accept receipt of damaged goods, reject the delivery & notify us of your rejection on freephone 01271 858698 so we may endeavor to despatch a replacement. Back order: We will contact you if the item is not in stock and you will asked if you wish to place the item on back order. If so we will back order the item for you. If you do not wish to back order the item, we will refund you your money.
Complaints.
All complaints received on-line, or telephone will be responded to within 48 working hours. We will do our utmost to resolve any complaint within 48 hours. Dispute Resolution If any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of this site arises, the dispute will be resolved through a mutually acceptable third party arbitrator such as the Trading Standards Office in the case of products and/or pricing policy, or a court of law in the case of infringement of copyright or trademarks etc.
Privacy Policy.
Other than, in some instances, disclosing the buyers' name and address to our relevant, trusted courier for direct shipment purposes, we do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We may collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your specific consent as may sometimes be requested by us. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you specifically agree. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
